Mr Gattman has been our go to AC guy for two properties. He identifies the problem quickly and works with us to find a solution that makes sense. He’s been able to consistently repair the system at our old house and both units at the new house. We decided to invest in a new unit at our new house. He was able to go above and beyond by installing our 3rd party fancy thermostats. He’s dependable, punctual, and knowledgeable. Mr. Gattman was referred to me by a coworker last summer. Hindsight being 2020 I should have had this unit replaced then, but sometimes we’re not ready to see the obvious. Mr Gattman informed me when he came out to replace Freon that had leaked out my old system I thought this guy is trying to take advantage of me! So when I went to switch on my system because of our recent warm days and there was no coolness to be found, I knew I was in trouble. Long story short Mr Bobby was able to work me into his schedule a few days sooner! Boy was I grateful! New unit is working so well and so quiet it feels like I’m in someone else’s house!
